Rental Agent


We are a growing rental company based in Nairobi, and we are currently seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native English speakers. As part of our team, you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right rental option for their needs
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our rental services
- Process rental applications and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate with other team members to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental office and vehicles
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of rentals and payments
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Continuously update knowledge of rental policies, procedures, and available options

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation provided

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
