Rental Coordinator (Indian Nationals)


We are a rental company based in Nairobi, seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all rental operations within the company. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, managing rental agreements, and ensuring timely delivery and return of rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding rentals
- Coordinate rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of equipment
- Schedule delivery and pick-up of rental equipment according to customer requests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any rental-related issues

Requirements:
- Indian nationality, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the rental industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Nairobi (no accommodation provided)
