Android Developer


We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will work closely with our design team to ensure the best user experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Android app development (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin programming language
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
