Welder - Contract Position (Vianden, Luxembourg)



We are currently hiring a qualified Welder for a contract position in Vianden, Luxembourg. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with English speaking skills and a passion for welding to gain valuable work experience in a new country.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to join metals together according to blueprints or specific instructions. You will be working on various projects, including construction, manufacturing, and repair work. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

We are seeking candidates who have completed a welding training program or have previous experience in welding. However, this is also an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience but has the willingness to learn and develop their skills under the guidance of our experienced team.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees, making it an ideal opportunity for students or individuals looking to relocate to Vianden.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints or project specifications
- Setting up and operating welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Choosing the appropriate welding technique based on the project requirements
- Inspecting materials before welding to ensure quality standards are met
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Indian national with English speaking skills
- Completion of a welding training program OR previous experience in welding (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
