Web Designer

We are hiring a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing websites that meet our clients' needs and specifications. You will work closely with our clients and project managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with their brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients
- Collaborate with project managers to gather client requirements and provide design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Optimize website designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Conduct usability testing to ensure seamless user experience
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality standards
- Develop style guides for consistent branding across all web platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
-Native or fluent proficiency in English (Pakistani or Kenyan nationality preferred)
-Prior experience working with international clients
-Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
-Passion for staying up-to-date with new design trends and techniques

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vilnius (accommodation not provided)
