Senior Architect - Residential Projects (Indian Candidates Preferred)

As a Senior Architect for our residential projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of high-end homes in Izhevsk. Your expertise in architectural design and project management will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Additionally, you will oversee a team of junior architects and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Proven track record in project management and delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and suppliers
- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and mentorship
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities as well)
- Fluent in English

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia
