We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various building projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for projects
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
