Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)



We are a luxury hotel in Sheduva seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will bring a unique perspective and understanding of the Indian market, allowing us to attract and cater to Indian travelers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients in order to increase hotel revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of the Indian market
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and events to create targeted campaigns for the Indian market
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and culture
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month, along with additional benefits such as performance bonuses.

The position is based in Sheduva, a charming city known for its historic sites, beautiful landscape, and rich culture.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. As this role involves frequent travel within India for client meetings and industry events, a valid passport is required. Please note that this position does not include accommodation but we are happy to assist with finding suitable housing options. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
