Hotel Sales Manager in Sheduva, Nepal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Nepal. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and promoting our hotel to potential customers. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create attractive sales packages and promotions to attract new customers
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
