Architectural Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet all technical requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for the project
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project requirements
- Work closely with engineers to address any structural or technical issues in the design
- Present design proposals to clients and explain the rationale behind your choices
- Monitor construction progress and make site visits as needed to ensure that the project is being built according to the plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs within given timelines
