We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights that will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to provide actionable insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1300/month
