Junior Accountant


We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Bayan, providing opportunities for both African and Filipino candidates. This is a contract role without accommodation, but we will provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial management of our company. You will work closely with senior accountants and gain valuable hands-on experience in various accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conducting research on accounting regulations and standards
- Supporting senior accountants in various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with international accounting standards
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this role.
