Indian Administrator in Acre with Accommodation
An established company in Acre is seeking an experienced Indian Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior management
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role as an Administrator or Office Manager
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
