Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an equipment operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform construction tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Proficient in operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Akron (Preference for Indian nationals)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
