Slinger Operator

The Slinger Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a slinger truck to transport materials to and from job sites. They will be responsible for loading and unloading various materials, such as gravel, sand, and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and possess a valid driver's license. They must also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the slinger truck to transport materials to and from job sites
- Safely load and unload materials onto the truck
- Inspect the truck and equipment before each use to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the truck
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and hours worked
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform routine maintenance on the truck as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery, preferably a slinger truck
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to operating heavy machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:
The Slinger Operator will primarily work outdoors, often in various weather conditions. They may also be required to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project timelines. The job may also involve some physical labor, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bungoma, Canada. Candidates must either be Canadian citizens or have legal authorization to work in Canada.
