Full-Time Slinger in Bungoma for Malayalees


We are seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with strong English speaking skills and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of materials on our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials
- Understand and follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with other team members to ensure the proper placement of materials
- Inspect equipment regularly to maintain proper functionality
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles using the crane
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damage
- Assist with rigging, signaling, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with Malayalee background preferred
- Proven experience as a Slinger or similar role in construction or related field
- Valid certification for operation of cranes is required
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
