Slinger Supervisor

The Slinger Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Slingers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the slinging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Slingers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Train new Slingers on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team at all times
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including production numbers, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
- Communicate with management to report progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in slinging is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the slinging industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and experience implementing them in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis

Location: Malindi, Kenya

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
