Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong knowledge of database management and SQL
- Experience with software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to determine potential solutions for identified issues
- Develop plans to implement changes and improvements to computer systems
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure changes are implemented successfully
- Test new systems or system updates prior to implementation
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed
- Monitor system performance after updates or changes have been made
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process
- Communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders
