Responsibilities:
- Conducting data mining and analysis on large datasets using SQL and other programming languages
- Designing and implementing data models for efficient storage and retrieval of information
- Developing dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends for various departments
- Identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools for data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience (1+ years) working with large datasets, analyzing data, and providing insights/recommendations
- Proficient in SQL and other programming languages (Python/R)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (SPSS/SAS) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
