Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth functioning of our organization's IT systems and provide technical support to all employees. Your duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, installing hardware and software updates, and maintaining security protocols. You should have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills. This position is based in Atlanta and offers a salary of 1400$. Candidates with Nepali nationality are preferred.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with Windows server environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are an advantage)
- Valid work permit for the United States (own visa preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor our network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot network issues as they arise
- Install hardware and software updates to keep systems up-to-date
- Manage user accounts and permissions on Active Directory
- Maintain security protocols across all systems
- Provide technical support to employees for any IT-related issues they may encounter
