Responsibilities:
- Work with sales teams to develop effective product placement strategies
- Regularly visit assigned retail stores to ensure proper display and stocking of products
- Implement planograms to maintain consistent product placement across different stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create attractive displays and promotions for new or seasonal products
- Build relationships with store managers to negotiate optimal product placement and displays
- Train store employees on the proper handling and merchandising of products
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, buying trends, and product performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1600/month
