CNC Operator


We are a manufacturing company located in Pula and we are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will work with precision tools and machinery, ensuring the production of accurate and precise parts.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical education preferred
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is an asset
- Knowledge of machine tools and their functions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
