Job Title: Part-Time English Speaking Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced and fluent English speaking cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various spaces, including offices, homes, and public areas. This role is specifically for an Indian national who is able to communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate should have previous cleaning experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time position in Bayan with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and maintain designated areas in accordance with set standards.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.
- Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit in Bayan.
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
