Merchandiser Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product inventory, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Your main focus will be on creating attractive displays and improving the overall presentation of our products in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Manage product inventory and ensure stock levels meet demand
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase products in retail stores
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Conduct store visits to ensure product placement and displays meet company standards
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and consumer feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and visual presentation standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
