Part-Time Barista in Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in Siauliai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Must be fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders and prepare coffee and other beverages according to customers' preferences
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed

This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. As this is a part-time role, it is ideal for students or those seeking additional income. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not from Siauliai.

Salary: 1800$ monthly (based on experience)
