We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. Our ideal candidate will have experience in floral design and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client requests
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Managing orders and deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Collaborating with team members on larger projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects

Salary: 1300$ per month

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Visa/Travel Expenses: Visa fees and travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Preference: This job is open to all nationalities.

Note: Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic communication skills in English would be beneficial.
