Senior Architect - Contract Position in Dickirch, Luxembourg

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of various projects in Dickirch, Luxembourg. You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your duties will include creating project proposals, developing design concepts, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and overseeing the construction process. This is a contract position that requires fluency in English and does not require prior experience. Free visa and ticket will also be provided.

We are seeking a highly skilled architect who is able to think creatively and problem-solve effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with AutoCAD and other design software. Excellent communication skills are also essential for collaborating with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project proposals based on client requirements

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction industry
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
