Foundry Production Manager

As a Foundry Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of metal castings, ensuring that quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to. Based in Split, you will manage a team of foundry workers and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production operations to meet customer orders and deadlines
- Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery in the foundry
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of production
- Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Train and supervise foundry workers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency
- Stay updated on industry developments and technologies to enhance production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in foundry production management
- Knowledge of metal casting processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred:
- Experience working in a foundry in Split
- Fluent in Croatian

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
