Foundry Technician
Our foundry company in Split, Croatia is seeking an experienced Foundry Technician to join our team. As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment including furnaces, molds, and casting machines
- Monitor production processes for any abnormalities or defects
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a foundry or manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
