Experienced Turner in Ashdod, Israel



We are currently seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to shape and finish metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines such as lathes, grinders, and mills
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished parts
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or tools as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience operating manual and CNC machines
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with different types of metal such as steel, aluminum, etc.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of programming CNC machines is an asset
