Florist Supervisor

As a Florist Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of florists to ensure the successful operation of our flower shop in Siauliai. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training new staff, creating floral arrangements according to customer requests and seasonal trends, managing inventory and purchasing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints, and promoting our services to attract new customers.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a florist or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care. A creative eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential. As a supervisor, you must have strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team towards achieving sales targets and providing top-notch service.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
