Entry Level Software Tester

Our software development company in Washington is seeking a Pakistani national for an entry level software tester position. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. No English language skills are required for this role. We are looking for someone without previous experience in software testing, as we will provide on-the-job training. Accommodation will not be provided, so the candidate must be able to secure their own housing in Washington. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

As an entry level software tester, you will be responsible for conducting manual and automated testing on our software products to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes identifying and reporting any bugs or issues found during testing and working with the development team to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Maintain documentation of test results and defects
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and potential improvements
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in software testing

Requirements:
- Pakistani national currently residing in Washington (or able to relocate)
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (English language skills not required)
- Must have valid visa or ability to obtain visa sponsorship
