Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas. You will ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with necessary amenities, while also maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You may also be responsible for assisting with laundry services, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, excellent time management skills, and a strong eye for detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and stock guest rooms according to established standards
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and change linens as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Assist with laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints with a positive attitude
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and cleaning standards
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information

Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
