Administrator
We are in need of a reliable and organized Administrator to join our team in Hawalli. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work and strong organizational skills. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We are seeking someone who can work independently and has excellent communication skills. This is an urgent job opportunity and accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, inventory, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
