Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to customer requests and preferences
- Maintain an inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash register and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creative eye for design and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for cash register transactions

Salary:
As a full-time employee, you will receive a salary of $1800 per month.
