Architectural Designer


We are a rapidly growing architectural design firm located in the vibrant city of Ashdod, seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative design solutions for a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints
- Develop concept designs and present them through sketches, 3D models, and renderings
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Research materials and products for project use
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent and standards
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve any design challenges that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a professional setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
