Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and more
- Develop new recipes while also utilizing traditional recipes
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their appearance
- Ensure all desserts are presented in an attractive manner
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the pastry section at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus that include pastry options

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with different types of pastry equipment and tools
- Creativity and attention to detail in decorating pastries
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff members

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is preferred
- Previous experience working as a pastry chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
