We are seeking a passionate and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Train and mentor sales team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100/month
