Office Assistant in Bansko, Bulgaria
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with data entry and organization of files
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an office administration or assistant role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates who possess a biometric passport from Kenya or any other English-speaking country. This position does not include accommodation, so applicants must already have suitable housing arrangements in Bansko.
