Job Title: Sales Manager for English Speaking Market in Malindi, Kenya


We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager for our growing company in Malindi, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target the English speaking market, specifically focusing on Nepali communities. This is a part-time position without accommodation, suitable for all genders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to promote our products and services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure their success in meeting targets
- Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and prospecting

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the Nepali or English speaking market
- Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Malindi as needed
