As a Senior Floral Designer at our luxury flower shop in Vianden, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for flowers will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality products and experience. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented floral designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and corporate functions
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences, offering expert advice and suggestions
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the health and longevity of flowers
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- Train and supervise junior floral designers to ensure consistent quality of work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role in a high-end flower shop or event planning company
- In-depth knowledge of different flowers, plants, and foliage with an eye for color combinations
- Excellent design skills with the ability to create both traditional and modern arrangements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits include paid vacation time, sick leave, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
