Waiter/Waitress

Our busy restaurant in Sofia is seeking a friendly and hardworking waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our diners have an enjoyable dining experience. This position is suitable for Egyptian nationals with fluent English skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from management
- Prior experience is not required but is considered an asset
