We are seeking a skilled Indian Adjuster to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating insurance claims to determine the proper coverage and compensation for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of adjuster procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examine insurance claims and gather relevant information from policyholders, witnesses, and medical professionals
- Analyze policy coverage and determine the extent of liability for each claim
- Evaluate damages and losses through on-site inspections or review of supporting documents
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Document all findings and decisions in detailed reports
- Communicate with legal counsel or other experts as needed to resolve complex claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of adjuster procedures, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket for relocation. This position is suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Eldoret. Fluency in English is not required, but basic understanding is preferred.
