Office Assistant
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is an urgent job with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling expenses
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
