Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be willing to work without experience. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Filing and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Performing data entry and updating databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
Salary: 1000$ per month
