We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' homes and businesses. This position is specifically for Indian nationals, with no English language requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and mowing
- Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat any pests or diseases
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Keep garden beds free of weeds and debris
- Maintain proper care of gardening tools and equipment
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the garden's appearance

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Gardener is required
- Must have knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to perform gardening tasks such as lifting heavy objects and kneeling for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
