Hotel Sales Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Ashdod



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate should be a Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management systems is an advantage
- Valid driver's license
