Interpreter - English to Indian

We are in search of a talented and skilled Interpreter who is fluent in English and an Indian language, preferably Hindi or Tamil. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately translating spoken or written English into the selected Indian language and vice versa. This is a full-time position based in the city of Clairvaux.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other settings.
- Translate written documents such as emails, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to ensure accurate translations.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adapt to different accents, dialects, and cultural sensitivities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry terminology.

Requirements:
- Excellent command of both English and an Indian language (Hindi or Tamil preferred).
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certification in interpreting is a plus.

Salary:
$1600 USD per month.
