We are looking for an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team at a bakery in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and production schedule
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Shape and decorate doughs to create visually appealing products
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or bags of flour
- Excellent time-management skills
- Fluent in Lithuanian or Russian is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Contract:
This is a full-time contract position with an initial duration of 1 year. There is potential for extension based on performance.
