Skilled Handyman in Siauliai

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Siauliai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, and fixing leaks
- Troubleshoot and repair various household appliances
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Must have own tools

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar position in Canada or Kenya (depending on preference)
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
